• Since this requires Hypercard™ 2.x, you must be using a Mac Plus and at least system 6.0.5. Sorry, when I can get a handle on C language, a better P.C. Dictionary will be made.
• There have been many changes in the stack over the last two versions, each is explained here.
--Added much more intuitive interface.
--Added more buttons (i.e. Quit Hypercard).
--Improved quality of the help field.
--Reduced file size and increased quantity.
--Changed to a more attractive typeface.
--Stack is now Cashware ($3 U.S.).
--Allows user to add terms to the dictionary when they register.
• The Fonts used in the package are standard Hypercard™ required fonts, but in case you don't have them, they are included. They are Helvetica 12 and Palatino 12. If you know that you have these fonts installed, do not install the font suitcase that came with P.C. Dictionary.
--To install these fonts under system 6, you must use the Font/DA mover. For in-depth instructions on installing fonts under system 6, please refer to your owner's manual.
--To install these fonts under system 7, simply drag the suitcase containing the two fonts over the "System Folder" (or whatever you have named the System Folder) icon and release. When a box tells you that fonts must be installed in the System, click ok.
• P.C. Dictionary is Cashware. If you like it and continue to use it over 20 days, you must register by paying three dollars to:
